This is one of the few good people/lawyers out there in Houston. I called him on a Friday night and left him a voice message on his cell phone and after 30 minutes he called. He provided me with the information that I needed over the phone and taught me how to deal with my insurance company and whether to take it to court or not. he told me to call him again if I needed further assistance. The way he guides you through the process, it makes you feel like this guy really cares about you!

Steve did an excellent job in lining up all evidence and motions necessary to have plaintiff eventually agree to dismiss case that was brought against us in bad faith. Also did excellent job in seeking sanctions against plaintiff that brought the case.

Mr. Ferrell communicated with me over the course of a couple days. He ended up deciding that my case was not a good fit for him, but he was kind, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions and understood my case thoroughly before deciding that he wasn't able to take the case.
