Steve Ferrell

Steve Ferrell is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced law for over 33 years.

Steve Ferrell is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Steve represents accident victims, injured workers, fire victims, and their families in lawsuits against the company or individual who harmed them, as well as representing policyholders in lawsuits against their insurance companies.  In wrongful death cases, Steve represents surviving family members such as widows, orphans, and parents left behind as a result of a death caused by negligence. Steve also represents burn victims and people who have suffered serious personal injuries.

Honest. Hardwork. All for His Clients

Steve has earned a reputation for honesty, hard work, and thorough preparation on behalf of his clients. Steve represents plaintiffs who bring lawsuits for civil damages. Before switching his practice to representing plaintiffs, Steve spent almost 24 years with a well-known Houston defense firm (where he became a Name Partner)  defending insurance companies and large corporations against all kinds of claims and lawsuits.  Today, instead of defending insurance companies, Steve represents families, accident victims, and policyholders who have been harmed by the wrongful conduct of insurance companies, large corporations, and careless individuals.

Steve is one of the elite Trial Lawyers in the state who is “Double Board Certified” in both Civil Trial Law and Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has tried scores of jury trials to verdict as the lead trial lawyer in urban and rural courthouses throughout the State of Texas, and has also represented clients in lawsuits filed across the United States. Cases Steve has tried to verdict have involved accidents caused by drunk drivers, breach of contract, catastrophic accidents, construction defects, corporate negligence, drowning, industrial accidents, insurance bad faith, insurance code violations, injuries to longshoremen, premises liability, professional liability, toxic exposures, 18 wheeler trucking accidents, workers compensation, wrongful deaths, seizure of assets, and other complex issues.

Steve has been honored for his work by attorneys on both sides of the docket (plaintiff and defense).
